I spent the day putting up pre race notification signs for the Ironman race in Madison Wisconsin. Had a chance to run 5 miles this evening on part of the run course and along Lake Mendota. Weather was perfect and legs feel good after Saturdays race.
Just finished up 3 miles on the treadmill at the hotel. Probably won't get anymore runs in this week with preparing for the ironman race but that's ok.
