I was still a little sore from the Bryce Canyon Half Marathon five days earlier so I didn't know what to expect.  I tried to go out fast and take advantage of the downhill on the first three miles, but my calves were really tight.  I actually thought I might have to stop and walk but after mile three when the course levels out they loosened up and I finished as well as I could have hoped for.  My splits were 1-5:45 2-6:00 3-6:15 4-6:30 5-6:30 6-6:30 .2-1:15.  It was a PR for me by 1:12 so I'll take it.
